Almi-Cove Villa II, a brand-new luxury retreat in Almyrida, sits atop a hill with stunning views of Souda Bay and the mountains just 200m from the award-winning beach.
Almi-cove Villa II, located in the lovely town of Almyrida, is
perched on a hilltop overlooking Souda Bay and the ever breathtaking
surrounding mountains.This is a brand new, state-of-the-art villa.The modern home, built with the highest level of construction, is located hovering above the award winning Almyrida beach only 200 meters away. The villa is walking distance to the beach and the town, which offers an array of shops,restaurants,cafes,bars and most anything else a traveler might need.
Guests will have 100% exclusive access to all areas of the villa!
I will be available for my guests for their total time of their stay to answer questions and assist them in order to have great time in our villa and island!
The access to the village and to the beach can be done on foot or by car. Parking space as well as vehicle electric charger are provided for free at the villa.
The use of pool heating system will cost additional 80€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
The villa is built to be environmentally and human-friendly. Rainwater is collected in underground tanks and reused, there is an electric car charger in the private parking lot, and guests are encouraged to use the garbage separation bins located in the kitchen and in the outdoor bins of the accommodation!
