1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking and Reservation

a. Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Your booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

b. Payment:

• My Greek Vacations reserves the right to modify pricing and fees at any time.

c. Check-in and Check-out:

• Clients are allowed to check in on or after the specified check-in time as agreed upon during the booking process.
• It is crucial to note that clients are required to check out at the agreed-upon time on the specified check-out date. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or legal action.

4. Property Information and Conditions

a. Accuracy of Information:

• My Greek Vacations strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about each property. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of property details and amenities.

b. Property Condition:

• During the stay, clients are expected to:
  • Treat the rented property with respect and care.
  • Report any damage or issues promptly to the property owner or My Greek Vacations.
  • Abide by any specific property rules or guidelines provided by the property owner.

c. Security Deposit:

• Some properties may require a security deposit. This amount, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the booking process. The security deposit is refundable upon a satisfactory inspection of the property post-check-out.

d. Legal Actions:

• My Greek Vacations reserves the right to take legal action in the event of:
  • Non-compliance with the specified check-out time.
  • Significant damage to the property caused by the client.
  • Any violation of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

e. Client Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay. My Greek Vacations is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to clients' personal property.

f. Property Inspections:

• My Greek Vacations or the property owner may conduct inspections during the client's stay to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions and assess the property's condition.

5. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

By using the My Greek Vacations platform, users agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

a. Account Security:

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and must promptly notify My Greek Vacations of any unauthorized access or use of their account.

b. Respect for Others:

• Users shall treat property owners, other guests, and My Greek Vacations' staff with respect, courtesy, and consideration.

c. Compliance with Laws:

• Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations during their use of the platform.

d. Accurate Information:

• Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account, making a reservation, or communicating with property owners.

e. Prohibited Activities:

• Users shall not engage in any activities that are illegal, violate the rights of others, or disrupt the proper functioning of the platform. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activities, hacking, or any form of malicious behavior.

f. Responsible Use:

• Users are responsible for their own actions and the consequences that may arise from those actions while using the platform.

g. No Harassment or Discrimination:

• Users shall not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards other users or My Greek Vacations' staff. This includes, but is not limited to, language, actions, or any other form of communication that is threatening, abusive, or discriminatory.

h. Reporting Violations:

• Users are encouraged to report any violations of this code of conduct or suspicious activities to My Greek Vacations.

i. Consequences of Violations:

• My Greek Vacations reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of accounts, in response to any user's violation of this code of conduct or the terms and conditions.

j. Feedback and Ratings:

• Users are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback. Any misuse of the review system, such as fake reviews or attempts to damage the reputation of others, will result in account suspension.

k. Children's Safety:

• Users must not provide misleading information regarding the age of any individuals in their party, especially if booking accommodations that have age-related restrictions.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
