The Space
Just a breath away from the gorgeous Panathenaic stadium (Kallimarmaro), this beautiful apartment can be your best place to stay to explore this fascinating city. The location is superb, as it is just few meters from one of the most central avenue in Athens and all the unique sights of the city -such as Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Zappeion, Thisio, Plaka etc. – that are within minutes of walk or just a very short drive.

The apartment is on the elevated ground floor.

It is open with one fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and everything you might need during your stay, one nice bathroom with cabin shower and one open plan bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed which can sleep two when it’s open and a smart TV.

Neighbourhood Description
This is a wonderful part of downtown Athens great for visiting some of the most important sightseeing’s in Europe, while at the same time offers great options for dining, walking tours and a perfect location for business meetings or meet up with friends.

Panathenaic Stadium, the only stadium completely made from marble in the whole world is located at only 500 meters away. Acropolis and the historical center are just some minutes’ walk. Plaka and the Acropolis museum is 1,8 Km away and Kolonaki posh boutiques and shopping streets are just 1 Km from the doorstep, as well as Sydagma square.

Next to the Kallimarmaro stadium you find the wonderful hill of Arditou, an oasis of trees that offers plenty of beautiful paths for hiking and running. At your fingertips you have the National Garden of Athens a great place to walk, run or just enjoy your coffee surrounded by gorgeous trees and flowers and a quite environment. Zappeio , a gorgeous architectural gem of Athens is just 400m away; check out if there are any events running while you are here!

Getting Around
The nearest metro station is at only 900 meters away (Evangelismos Metro Station) and if you wish to move by bus you have two bus station at only 450 meters (Stadio bus stop or Ethniko Idrima Erevnon bus stop) The metro station of Syntagma is 1 Km away. If you are coming from the Athens international airport you can take the metro or the Express Bus.

The Space
This studio is located on the ground floor of a building with short term rental apartments in one of the most hip areas of Athens. Once you open the heavy brand new security door you will feel at home, with an open plan living area with a big sofa and a fully equipped kitchen and even a bar table with stools for dining or working!

The bedroom has one queen size bed with very comfortable mattress, first class linen, pillows and towels, a flat screen smart TV (Netflix ready) and even an in-suite bathroom with a cabin shower.
Hairdryer and bathroom amenities (shower gel & shampoo) are complimentary to all my guests.

You will also find a spacious closet with a safe where to put your things and secure them if you wish.
The kitchen is fully equipped with even many additionals such as, between others, a Nespresso coffee maker or even olive oil, salt, pepper, instant coffee, tea bags and sugar!

The seating area has a big and comfortable couch, which can sleep two persons when it is open.
The Wi Fi is excellent 24/7, you can watch a movie in the smart TV or work remotely.

There is a washing and drying machine at the laundry room, which is at the rooftop of the building.

The rooftop offers great view to Filopapou Hill and the neighborhood.

There is no garage for your car, but you can find a safe parking place easily close to the apartment 24/7.

Neighbourhood Description

And it truly is a new, hip and friendly neighbourhood at the footprints of Acropolis with a classic character, remarkable neo classic buildings and tiny shops full of surprises in affordable prices. Find a hip café right next door, café and tavern with home made food just some steps away, a super market just two minutes walk away and excellent links to public transport such as buses, trolleys and metro.

The Metro station of Fix and Acropolis are just 10 minutes walk away. Don’t forget to walk to Filopapou Hill that is just 100m away from the doorstep and enjoy the amazing view to Acropolis, Thisio pedestrian street, the historical centre -which is the longest ancient pedestrian road in Europe! – and breath in the Athenian positive vibes of 5000 years ancient civilization!


Visit the most famous museums of the city that are just close to the apartment or head to the port of Piraeus easily with the metro, train or bus to continue your trip to the Greek islands.

Getting Around
If you like walking, just 10/15 minutes away you reach Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma and some of the most famous sights of Athens. You can also do a small hike up to Filopapou Hill – you don’t need to be a pro! The access is easy for everybody!- and get down to the other side at Dionisiou Areopagitou famous road where the Acropolis museum is or continue down to Monastiraki vibrant area and Plaka.
If you want to take a taxi a central road is right in front of the house and taxis are passing quite often.

The public transport has excellent links to the location of the apartment and a trolley stop is two meters from the doorstep. This trolley gets you fast to Fix Metro Station that is just 1km away.
