The space
Spacious, elegant and decorated with fine Scandinavian taste, we can characterize our Serenity apartment the ideal escape plan after exploring the Athenian historic sights of the city centre.

Serenity apartment is renovated from scratch and it is situated on the first floor of an authentic Athenian local building in Kallithea neighbourhood. Placed in a really peaceful dead-end road, it is the ideal place to feel the vibe of peacefulness and tranquility after a long visit to the sights of the city centre.
There are two comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and fine decorative elements, a large bathroom with a spacious cabin shower, equipped with a modern washing mashing as well as organic olive oil and silk protein products available and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

In the living room, the comfortable, cushioned sofa and the large dining table will make sure you feel the warmth and tranquility of a home away from home, welcoming you to relax or dine with your friends and family after a long day visit to the unique setting of the Athenian centre. The building is typical of a laid back Athenian neighbourhood and there are steps to reach the Serenity apartment on the first floor. There is a balcony in the front part of the road where you have exclusive access and there is a small balcony door next to the kitchen which guarantees a well-lit inner space, even sun-kissed with the rejuvenating Greek light on a sunny day.

A TV set is offered in the living room, all rooms are equipped with air-conditioners and Wi Fi access is convenient and accessible in all rooms in case you want to combine vacations with work or you just want to stay connected with your social media accounts.

Serenity Apartment is a great choice for two couples or a 4 member family travelling together.

Guests have unlimited access and private use of the entire apartment.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE
As per Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term rentals. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter season (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer season (April to October).

Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building. It is an Airbnb oriented place, not meant to provide a hotel experience.
Parties, events & loud music are strictly forbidden.

One of the guests must present a valid Passport/ID document for the mandatory registration to the Tax Authority. The reasons we need this information about our guests is so we can declare our income. (As it happens in every hotel. Airbnb verification is not connected with the procedure required by Greek law).

It is conveniently located to move to nearby central neighbourhoods like Koukaki, Plaka, Thiseio, Mets and the SNFCC (Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre) where you can enjoy lots of activities, concerts and events and it is only 1km away from the apartment.
Flisvos Marina and the shore in Alimos and Glyfada neighbourhoods will be the highlights of your stay if you pay them a visit on a warm and sunny day.

Getting around
Close to the house (2-3 minutes on foot) there are bus stops that can take you to the beach or to the centre of Athens in 5 minutes. Kallithea neighbourhood has a vibrant central market with lots of shops, cafés and taverns and you can easily get there as it is just a two-minute walk from the apartment. Our apartment is also really close to Thisseos Str. and A. Syggrou Avenue so reaching the city centre by taxi is also convenient and affordable.
There is a metro station (Syggrou Fix station) 1,5 km from Serenity apartment and the Acropolis museum, Kallimarmaro Stadium, the National Garden are just a few minutes away from there.

Kallithea – whose name translates to beautiful view – offers proximity to the city center and its manifold attractions, but it’s also quite close to the beach.
