This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of one of the most historical, interesting and hip areas of Athens, Koukaki, just a few meters away from the beautiful Filopapou Hill, the ancient spot that all modern Athenians love for its great vibe and the wonderful view of the city and the Parthenon.
The apartment is on the first floor, bathed in light, with high ceilings and one spacious balcony with a view to the hill. Fresh in summer and hot in winter with air-conditioning in each room and heat panels. The apartment is a part of the “Muses Residence” a small block with only 3 other rental apartments.
I have decorated it with love and respect to its classic character with a modern touch. I hope you find here all the comforts you have at home and some additional ones!
It is fully furnished with modern and stylish furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, espresso maker, toasters, hot water kennel and microwave oven.
It has one master bedroom with a private balcony, smart TV (Netflix ready), spacious closets and a safe.
The second bedroom faces the front balcony and has two single beds that can become one king-size bed when needed by connecting the substrate.
The living room has a stylish dining table with nice interior plants, stereo with speakers and a comfortable couch that can sleep extra two people when open.
Between other amenities you will find DVD player, smart TV NETFLIX ready, very good Wi-Fi – ideal for those who work remotely! – air condition in every room and a common laundry area on the rooftop.
At the rooftop, there is also a great view to Filopapou Hill.
The apartment has a security door lockable from the inside, that opens with a security code. The building main entrance door has a camera and is security enabled as well.
There is no garage for your car, but you can find a free parking place right under the apartment 24/7.

The neighborhood is quiet with friendly residents and classic Art Deco buildings, artistic cafes, bars, and family owned tavernas serving home-cooked food. The trolley stop is right next door, and it is walking distance to the Acropolis.
Getting Around
No matter where you want to go, you will find the easiest way to move around. If you like walking, just 10/15 minutes away you reach Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma and some of the most famous sights of Athens.
If you want to take a taxi a central road is right in front of the house and taxis are passing quite often.

The Space
This fully renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with short term rental apartments with private backyard with furniture, the idyllic place to spend your morning before visiting the city or relax during the afternoon and night. Once you open the heavy brand new security door you will feel at home, with an open plan living area with a big sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room!
This apartment has two bedrooms, both of them with a queen size bed with high class mattress and linen, spacious wardrobe with safety box and a flat screen smart TV connected to the wi-fi.
The bathroom has a cabin shower, high quality towels for all guests are provided, and you will find several bathroom amenities, such as, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
We want you to feel like home, so we have stocked the kitchen with everything you may need to cook. Between others you will find a brand new Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toasters. But that’s not all!!! Also instant coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper are available for the first days of your stay.
The couch in the living room can become a comfortable double bed when open and can accommodate two people.

The Metro station of Fix and Acropolis are just 10 minutes walk away. You can also do a small hike up to Filopapou Hill – you don’t need to be a pro! The access is easy for everybody!- and get down to the other side at Dionisiou Areopagitou famous road where the Acropolis museum is or continue down to Monastiraki vibrant area and Plaka.
If you want to take a taxi a central road is right in front of the house and taxis are passing quite often.
The public transport has excellent links to the location of the apartment and a trolley stop is two meters from the doorstep. This trolley gets you fast to Fix Metro Station that is just 1km away.
