This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of one of the most historical, interesting and hip areas of Athens, Koukaki, just a few meters away from the beautiful Filopapou Hill, the ancient spot that all modern Athenians love for its great vibe and the wonderful view of the city and the Parthenon. The apartment is on the first floor, bathed in light, with high ceilings and one spacious balcony with a view to the hill. The block is small, with only 5 other apartments all of them for short rental. The apartment is set with love and respect to its classic character with a modern touch. It is fully furnished with modern and stylish furniture and fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, espresso maker, toasters, hot water kennel and microwave oven. I offer free of charge some Olive Oil, salt, pepper, instant coffee, tea bags and sugar for the first days of your stay. It has one master bedroom with a private balcony, smart TV (Netflix ready) spacious closets and a safe. The second bedroom faces the front balcony and has two single beds that can become one king-size bed when needed by connecting the substrate. The living room has a stylish dining table with nice interior plants and a comfortable corner couch that can sleep extra two people when open. Between the amenities you will find DVD player, smart TV connected to the internet (Netflix ready), very reliable Wi-Fi – ideal for those who work remotely! – and air condition in every room. At the rooftop, there is also a great view to Filopapou hill and you will find a cozy lounge area to sit and relax, a gazebo with a table and chairs and a BBQ are ready for all of our guests to use, enjoy the sunshine or the great view to the stars at night. Please respect others and keep noise low. The apartment has a security door lockable from the inside, that opens with a security code.
