The interior is stylish, elegant and modern with minimal signature furniture, to fit the needs of today’s traveler. It is renovated with hi-quality electrical equipment, very comfortable mattresses, plus all the comforts you might need in order to feel relaxed, carefree and completely at home! There are three bedrooms, two of which are master with en-suite bathrooms with cabin showers. All bedrooms have a queen size bed, big closets with safe in it, doors that opens to the terrace outside and a flat screen TV Netflix ready. The room is set with high quality linen, pillows and towels to assure a comfortable stay with us. Additionally, to the two en-suite bathrooms, you will also find a main bathroom with a cabin shower. Bath amenities such as shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and hand soap are ready for you. Feel relaxed at the big and comfortable corner sofa in the living room and enjoy the company of your co-travelers while you dine at the big wooden dining table with chairs. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay and even more! You will find a Nespresso machine, toasters, coffee machine, full fridge, stove and the entire necessary kitchenware for you to cook. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, three of them with queen size beds and one with two single beds, a bathroom with a big rainfall shower and a cabin and a wc. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. The apartment It is situated on the upper ground floor of a residential building which is centrally located, close to public transport, and a short taxi drive away from Syntagma square and the historical center of Athens. The Panathenaic Stadium is within an easy 3 minutes’ walk where you can admire the wonderful marble stone that this monument is built of, which was the birthplace of the revival of the Olympic Games back in 1896. Staying here can be an experience on its own as you will be inspired by the classic and vintage aura of the Athenian past in an old aristocratic neighborhoods of Athens, just a breath away from Acropolis and the Parthenon. Please note that there is not a balcony in the apartment and it is strictly no smoking! We are always by your side for anything you may need to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to its central location just a short 15 minutes walk from Syntagma square and Plaka, we love this area day and night. During the day you can visit the amazing Panathenaic Stadium which is only at 300meters away from the apartment, the Zappeio Megaron, the National Garden at around 750 meters, the Arditou Hill (if you enjoy running or just hike inside an oasis of green in the heart of Athens) or visit the oldest gym of the city just across the Stadium. At night, choose your favorite cocktail and wine bar, grab a snack from the street food shops, or enjoy a fancy dinner at one the restaurants around. Kolonaki area where you can find designers’ boutiques and shops is just a 5 minutes’ drive. No matter what you like or need, this is one of the best neighborhoods to see and feel Athens! Getting Around If you want to move around with public transport, experience the old fashioned trams we have in Athens that within a short drive they can take you to Syntagma. The closest Metro station is Syntagma where you can get off if you are coming from the airport -blue line – without a need to change trains to get here. From Syntagma a taxi should not cost you more than 3,50 - 4 euro depending on the traffic and time of the day. If you like to walk, within 15 - 20 minutes walk you are in the most amazing monuments of Athens!
