The Space

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms each one with a queen size bed, big closets and doors that open to the private balcony. The doors of the bedrooms lock for more privacy. There is a flat screen smart TV, Netflix ready, in every room and a safety box inside the closet.

There is a bathroom with a cabin shower and all the modern amenities, such as hairdryer, hand and body soap, and shampoo.

The lounge area is open to the kitchen and the dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new electric facilities, from Nespresso coffee maker to kettle and all kitchenware needed to cook and enjoy a great lunch.

Thissio is one of the most beautiful, classic, pleasant and authentic neighborhoods of Athens. Acropolis, Monastiraki, Pkala, Gazi, Pnyka Hill and Filoppapou Hill are all within easy reach on foot.
If you feel like going for a night out you don’t even need to worry about how you can return home as Gazi, where numerous bars, clubs and restaurants are, is just around the corner.

Getting Around
The apartment is at less than 1km away from Keramikos Metro Station and Thissio Train Station. With the metro or the train you can go anywhere you want around in Athens from north to south easily anytime of the day.

The Space
This 71 square meters Brand-New apartment is placed in a quiet, laid-back Athenian neighborhood in Koukaki, on the 3rd floor of a seven-floor building. Really in the heart of the hip district of Koukaki, where the Athenian lifestyle beats, our apartment is characterized by a peaceful vibe.

It offers two spacious bedrooms with large windows from where the day light baths the whole room . Both bedrooms have a double comfortable bed (brand new quality mattress and pillows, high quality linen and towels), the big wardrobes in both rooms have enough space for storage.
The bathroom has a spacious cabin shower, a hairdryer and bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner)

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, from pans to wine glasses.

The living room has a comfortable cushioned sofa, a dinning table and a big smart TV. It also opens to the balcony with view of the Filoppapou hill, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee!

The air conditions in all areas (rooms and living room) will provide you the temperature you want. Additionally, to the smart TV in the living room you will also find one in each room.

The Sygrou-Fix metro station is in the area and it connects you with anywhere you would like to go in Athens.

Getting Around
Kalliroes and Syggrou Avenues are really close to our apartment so there is easy access to lots of buses and trolleybuses or moving around by car or taxi is easy and convenient thanks to its central location close to Kalliroes Avenue, one of the main Avenues in Athens.

Syggrou Metro Station is 1km away and there are plenty of bus and trolley bus stops close to our apartment. You can reach all the main attractions in Athens city center either by walking or by means of transport so enjoy the famous sight such as the Greek Parliament and Syntagma square, the National Garden, the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, the Roman Forum and the Ancient Agora of Athens!

If you want to move to some southern parts of Athens like Nea Smirni, Faliro, and Glyfada districts where lots of authentic Athenian cafés, markets, and bars- where locals also meet –as well as the renowned “Athens Riviera”, you can easily transfer there by bus or tram. Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Flisvos Marina, and the shore are definitely places worth visiting especially if it is a warm and sunny day outside.
