Welcome to our spacious top floor apartment in one of the most beautiful, classic and historic neighborhoods of Athens! We named our home "Athens Life" because it shows the modern every day Athenian life, character and style in every little corner of it.
Enjoy the great location in the heart of the historic center of Athens on a pedestrian street and the beautiful view to Filopappou Hills next to Pnyxa. From here the most legendary sights of Athens are just a breath away! The tailor-made design and furniture in the interior and the amazing location makes it ideal for business and leisure travelers alike all year round.
The two metro stations that are very close to the apartment (Petralona station opposite the flat) make it super easy to move anywhere around the city.

It has two master bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with a cabin shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth one sleeps two people on a bunk bed. The main bathroom with a cabin shower is spacious, comfortable and modern.
All bedrooms open to a private balcony which goes around the whole apartment.
Every space of the apartment is decorated in earthy tones, inspired by the modern urban Athens style, balanced between the old and the new, just like the life in Athens. Every room and every corner are washed in the daylight and the perimetrical balcony offers a nice view over the beautiful neighborhood and the city.
Every bedroom has a smart TV Netflix ready, a working station, nice big cabinets and doors that lock. The WIFI is fast and reliable which makes it an ideal choice for business travelers.
The private laundry room is right on the rooftop and you can have easy access to it anytime you need to with no extra charge.

During the day you can visit the amazing Panathenaic Stadium which is only at 300meters away from the apartment, the Zappeio Megaron, the National Garden at around 750 meters, the Arditou Hill (if you enjoy running or just hike inside an oasis of green in the heart of Athens) or visit the oldest gym of the city just across the Stadium. At night, choose your favorite cocktail and wine bar, grab a snack from the street food shops, or enjoy a fancy dinner at one the restaurants around. Kolonaki area where you can find designers’ boutiques and shops is just a 5 minutes’ drive. No matter what you like or need, this is one of the best neighborhoods to see and feel Athens! Getting Around If you want to move around with public transport, experience the old fashioned trams we have in Athens that within a short drive they can take you to Syntagma. The closest Metro station is Syntagma where you can get off if you are coming from the airport -blue line – without a need to change trains to get here. From Syntagma a taxi should not cost you more than 3,50 - 4 euro depending on the traffic and time of the day.
